>[!banner-image-full] ![[bonfire_by_crazymann11_dedhvbz-fullview.jpg]] # Session 1 - There was a festival recently, the town is in the process of cleaning things up afterwards - Many merchants were in attendance ## Reasons why everyone was late - #Rory got lost on the way in the woods and had a hard time - first nat 1 of the campaign - covered in dirt and grime, there is blood under the nails which are chipped. clothing is is a mess, braid falling apart. one of her bangs has been chopped off, missing half of a boot - got lost because she thought she was smarter than the map (like an idiot) - #Khal was late as he tried to rob a merchant, only got a potion. Decided to lay low just to be safe and take advantage of the aftermath of the festival - #Callahan met a merchant on the way who's horse died, so their trip was delayed - #Oberon had a contract run longer than expected. This contract was to escort a nobleman. They kept getting spooked and lost on the way - #Teagan's time was taken up with cleaning up the messes left behind from everyone else's trips to the festival. The merchant #Khal stole from took notice later, the horse that was buried wasn't even fully in the ground. They eventually found the merchant after giving it a proper burial and tried to comfort them. - First nat 20 of the campaign - Gives a pep talk to the merchant with wood elf flair - Ended up charming them as they were doing such a good job of consoling them - "AND HE'S SO SEXY" the merchant says of #Teagan thru all the tears ## Meeting Up at the Green Dragon Inn - #Teagan is crying at the table alone and Khal takes notice and approaches first - #Khal is currently going under the name of #Cielo to hide their identity and background - Tavern waiter's name is #Beca - #Oberon walks up to the bar to order some Ale. #Beca tries to make conversation, but he is evasive. - #Callahan enters, rolls second nat 1 and doesn't notice anything due to the noise, sits down with the group. - #Khal tries to size up if #Teagan has any valuables, but they think Khal is flirting. - #Rory enters the scene, noticing fuck all thanks to the nat 1 earlier.
